Zombieland
"In a world overrun by zombies, a guy described as 'the most frightened person on Earth' looks to find refuge and bring a band of people to safety." Zombieland stars Woody Harrelson, Mila Kunis, Amber Heard, Jessie Eisenberg, Abigail Breslin, Emma Stone, and even Billy Murray as a zombie. It doesn't get any better than that. Well, except this:
"Woody Harrelson defended his clash with a photographer at a New York airport Wednesday night as a case of mistaken identity -- he says he mistook the cameraman for a zombie.
"'I wrapped a movie called 'Zombieland,' in which I was constantly under assault by zombies, then flew to New York, still very much in character,' Harrelson said in a statement issued Friday by his publicist. 'With my daughter at the airport I was startled by a paparazzo, who I quite understandably mistook for a zombie,' he said.
"The photographer continued to follow Harrelson for another four minutes as the actor and his daughter walked to the airport parking lot. 'I'm being chased by Woody Harrelson while I'm talking to you,' the photographer says as he talks to an unidentified person on a cell phone."
The zombies in Zombieland have been described by the casting director as: “[F]erocious, infected people that move erratically. They are diseased, as opposed to undead. These are not the lumbering walking dead of Romero’s zombie movies, but instead the super jacked up 28 Days Later / Dawn of the Dead (2004) zombies. They are scary and gnarly and gross.” It's scheduled to be released on October 9th of this year. Down below are four screen caps just recently released.
